    1. Thanks. Actually, the angle was dictated by the mesh and wire that block much of the view from the gargoyles’ perch at Notre Dame. (I guess people were dropping items to the ground, so mesh was put up for safety reasons.) There are some fabulous, and unblocked, views into the center of the cathedral structure, but unobstructed views looking out over the city, especially to the front of the building, are hard to come by. At some point, I’ll publish a few more photos from the towers. All the best, and thanks for the comment!
